Passionate culinary duo Madame Nicky and her partner Monsieur Edwin will conjure up delectable apero & weekly dinners using the wonderful array of fresh fruit and vegetables sourced directly from the local farmers. These delightful dinners will take place within the grounds of the homestead.
Communal dinners are funded by the residency and prepared by the creatives themselves will be a shared experience.These can be enjoyed in both the idyllic garden setting and country-style kitchen by bright summer’s night, moonlight or candlelight.
This is a time to share ideas, collaborate, and wind down after a long day in the field; en plein air or busy at work in the studio. Reflect on your creative endeavours and revel in the still night air.
Local chefs are available to offer you cooking workshops in which you can learn traditional Provençal cooking, and return to your home country with thrilling new recipes and menus to inspire any luncheon and or dinner party.
Local community gatherings with fellow creatives, garden parties, evening musical soirées, feasts for the senses dinners, wine tastings and networking events are also offered.
